Article 9 WITHDRAWAL - RETURNS OF PRODUCTS
The sneakericon.gr for your convenience, offers the possibility of returning or changing the products of your order, if for some reason they do not satisfy you. Users have the right to return the products, without penalty and without justification, within a period of 14 calendar days from the date they receive the products by a) sending the returned product unused, exactly as it was before the sale in its original packaging and with all the contents of the original packaging as well as any gift that may have included this to the address: PROTOPAPADAKI 10 with a cover signed letter from the user or b) with his personal return and change at the Cougar Sport store at the same address. Article 10 PAYMENT METHODS AND PRODUCT PRICES
The Network, in order to serve their users, provides them with the opportunity to pay for their order in any of the following ways:
Α. By charging their credit/debit card.
The charge of the user's credit / debit card is made by sending his order on the date of completion and submission of the order form.
WE WOULD LIKE TO INFORM YOU THAT FOR ON-LINE PAYMENTS WITH CREDIT CARDS, THE NETWORK COOPERATES WITH PIRAEUS BANK.
THE DETAILS OF YOUR CREDIT CARDS ARE NOT DISCLOSED TO US BECAUSE OUR AUTOMATIC TRANSACTIONS ARE CARRIED OUT THROUGH THE ePOS Paycenter system of PIRAEUS BANK (you are automatically led there by the Network) WHICH PROCESSES YOUR TRANSACTIONS.
THERE AND ONLY THERE ARE REGISTERED THE DETAILS OF YOUR CARDS. THIS ENSURES YOU ABSOLUTE SECURITY IN YOUR TRANSACTIONS WHEN YOU BUY WITH A CREDIT CARD FROM sneakericon.gr.
B. Cash on delivery upon receipt of the products, with a charge of € 1.90.
Cash on delivery costs are charged for the additional use of the courier company and do not constitute shipping costs of the products.
C. With PayPal
D. By bank deposit (In case the deposit is not made within 4 days the order is rejected by the sneakericon.gr system)

Then, send us the copy of the bank payment order to the accounting department by fax to 2410541255 or by e-mail to eshop@sneakericon.gr and we, as soon as we receive the copy, will immediately send your order.
The price of each product is indicated in the relevant catalogs next to each product. Prices include V.A.T.
The prices of the sneakericon.gr (online store) do not necessarily represent the retail prices of the company's physical stores. The company / Network reserves the right to adjust prices without notice.
Article 11 RELEASE OF PRODUCTS
For orders over 60 € shipping costs are free.
For orders less than 60 € shipping costs amount to 2,9 €. It is reminded that in case the payment method is with "Cash on Delivery" there is an additional charge of € 1.90.
Delivery to your place is done by courier the next day, as long as the products are all available in the Network and if the order is completed by 14:00 noon of the previous day. For some remote areas the delivery time can reach 2 -3 days. In case any of the products is not available in the Network, the waiting time can reach 3-4 days. In case of a longer delay, we contact you and inform you of the exact time.
For orders over 2 kg and more bulky packages, consultation with the sneakericon.gr is preceded due to the differentiation of shipping costs.
For heavy goods the shipment is made by a transport agency (pick-up from the headquarters of the agency). In this case, cash on delivery is not available. You must first pay for the order by charging your credit / debit card, using online payment via PayPal or depositing in a bank account.
All the above prices include VAT.
The total amount that will be calculated based on the above appears automatically as soon as the user completes the completion of the fields of the order form indicating the place and method of shipment (excluding cash on delivery).
The delivery days are Monday to Friday and from 9:00 am to 8:30 pm for Greece and the countries of the European Union. Saturday delivery is upon request and with extra charge / charge.
For the rest of the world, more working days are required for delivery with the possibility of lengthening depending on the customs regime governing each country.
Article 12 APPLICABLE LAW AND OTHER TERMS
The order forms specify any specific terms and agreements that govern, in addition to the terms and agreements of this contract (Distance Sales Agreement), and the General Terms of Use, the purchase of each specific product.
The Network reserves the right to reserve and / or refuse to execute orders if it notifies the interested user / visitor of the reasons for the relevant reservation and / or refusal.
The Network reserves the right to unilaterally modify the content of all terms without the obligation to give notice. For this reason, the visitor / user of the Network must visit them frequently in order to be informed about it. These terms, the General Terms of Use as well as any modification, change or alteration thereof are governed by and supplemented by Greek law, European Union law and relevant international treaties regulating issues related to e-commerce. For all transactions with the Network, M.D. Z1-496/2000 applies to distance sales and the provisions of Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection as amended and in force. For this reason, the Network must inform users of a) the essential characteristics of the good it offers, b) the price, c) the quantity and transport costs, d) the value added tax if it is not included in the price, e) the method of payment, f) the method of delivery and execution, g) the duration of validity of the offer or price and h) the right of withdrawal. Any provision of the above terms becomes contrary to the law, automatically ceases to be valid and is removed from the present, without in any way affecting the validity of the other terms. The visit / use of the www.sneakericon.gr presupposes the unconditional acceptance of the above terms.
No modification of these terms will be taken into account and will not form part of these agreements unless it has been formulated in writing and has not been incorporated into them. Competent courts for the resolution of any disputes arising from the visit / use of the Pages of the Network become the courts of Athens in accordance with Greek law.
